RETURN POLICY
At Recession Proof Clothing™, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• Have original tags attached (if applicable).
• Be in its original packaging and condition.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Made-to-Order Products
Most Recession Proof Clothing™ products are made to order specifically for you after purchase. This production model helps reduce waste and overproduction while allowing us to offer unique designs and limited-run collections.
As a result, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at info@totbeats.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the appropriate return address. Because our products are fulfilled through multiple production partners, return addresses may vary by item.
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The item arrived damaged.
• The item is defective.
• The incorrect item was received.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Recession Proof Clothing™ is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at info@totbeats.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos showing the problem.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
Sizing & Fit
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Because our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee fit preferences, and sizing may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at the time of purchase. Returns or refunds requested solely due to ordering the wrong size, preference for a different fit, or buyer’s remorse may not be eligible for free return shipping and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If you are between sizes or unsure which size to choose, we recommend reviewing the size guide provided on each product page before ordering.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or personalized products.
• Products made to order or produced specifically for a customer.
• Gift cards.
• Final sale, clearance, or promotional items.
Product Variations
Because our products are made to order, slight variations in color, print placement, garment texture, stitching, and sizing may occur. Colors may also appear differently depending on screen settings and device displays.
These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or style, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
Please note that orders placed in the wrong size are not considered defective merchandise.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt under applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must remain unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with proof of purchase.
